It’s almost time to lace up your sneakers and move your feet before you eat!
The 18th Annual Huntington Turkey Trot returns to Ritter Park for a Thanksgiving Day 5K fun run full of tradition and excitement. Join the Huntington, WV, community Nov. 28, 2024, as we come together on this day of giving to celebrate, enjoy each others’ company, wear fun costumes, breathe in the fresh fall air, and help animals in need. Families of all sizes, visitors in town for the holiday, strollers, and dogs are all welcome.
All proceeds from the 5K run/walk benefit Little Victories Animal Rescue Group and its mission to provide shelter and sanctuary for unwanted dogs and cats in the community.
Race-day registration: 7:30 a.m.

Race start: 9 a.m.

Our Charity
Proceeds from the Huntington Turkey Trot benefit Little Victories Animal Rescue Group and its lifesaving mission.
As is Huntington Turkey Trot tradition, we are dedicated to helping Little Victories provide care, compassion, and a forever place to land for animals in need. By joining us on Thanksgiving Day, you guarantee we can make a difference in the lives of unwanted, abandoned dogs and cats who rely on Little Victories.
We also ask all participants to bring along a bag of dog/cat food, cleaning supplies, cat litter, or other useful items in addition to their registration. Let’s overwhelm the shelter with love and donations this year!

Same-day Registration: $35
IMPORTANT: Registrations received after Nov. 18 will NOT receive a race t-shirt. No exceptions.
Extra shirts will be available for purchase after start of race.

Participants can drop off donations to Little Victories at early packet pickup or on race day.
